Keiona Middleton named Vice President of Planning and Information

(Columbia, S.C.) Keiona Middleton has been appointed Allen University’s vice president for Planning and Information Technology. As vice president for Planning and Information Technology, Middleton directs the forward planning of the university and ensures its information technology systems support the university’s ability to accomplish its mission. Middleton joined Allen University on Aug.1.

Dr Middleton comes to Allen from Shorter University in Rome Georgia, where she served as vice president and chief operating officer.  She has over 10 years’ experience as an IT data analyst and process consultant. Dr Middleton has also served on the faculty of Pulaski Technical College: and University of Arkansas and Arkansas Baptist College.

Dr. Middleton’s extensive experience in accreditation and assessment and her expertise in information technology and data management will help propel Allen University to even greater heights,” said Dr. Ernest McNealey, president and CEO.
